How we use your details.

We ask for your name, address, email, phone number and, later, what you'd like for dinner. Here's exactly what happens to all of it.

What we use it for

Your address gets you a save-the-date and an invitation in the mail. Your email is how you sign in to RSVP, and how we send you a confirmation afterwards. Your phone number is for the weekend itself, if something goes wrong and we need to reach you. Dietary restrictions go to the caterer as a list of numbers and notes.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We don't sell it, share it, or hand it to anyone except the caterer, and they only get what they need to feed you. There's no advertising on this site and no tracking that follows you anywhere else.

Where it lives

On a database we run for this website, and nowhere else. Emails go out through a third-party email service, so your address passes through them on the way to you. They don't get it for anything else, and neither does anyone else.

Getting rid of it

Ask us and we'll delete it. After the wedding we'll keep the guestbook and the photographs, because those are the nice part. The addresses and phone numbers go.
